Six hours later still wouldn’t connect. NAD service support just a cut and paste… twice … HOWEVER Audio factory support is TEN STARS … answers the phone, gets answers, easy return (Hannah was amazing) no more NAD but definitely a Audio Factory customer for the long term…
A beautiful device, easily sets up. Nothing to complain about, the sound is full.
Love the looks, performance, buttons for everything like before, has great room presence…and the VU meters are sweet.
I was informed after awhile that one ifbthevfoeakers needed work. Then I was told both speakers were right speakers. That was fine. 23 days after the order they arrived with the NAD 368 receiver. The receiver is not functional. Also only one set of premium speaker feet were included so those are mismatched. I’ve started another ticket and hope for resolution. The service rep Hannah was very helpful and transparent about the delay.
Bought the refurbs - they arrived promptly. Packaging and speakers were in perfect condition.
The speakers are now part of my office set up and are located on either side of my desk. The sound is awesome listening to Apple Music.
The set up is just like having headphones on. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend the PSB Alpha P3's to others.

Bought these as a birthday gift for my son in law who works commercial construction. They are rugged and have decent range. Three day delivery was promised and they arrived in a day and a half. Well packaged.

Very happy with the NAD C 538. Got it soon after the order and was brand new. Plays perfectly with my Arcam A15. At this price it is a deal.
These speakers are tremendous bargain. The sound quality is perfectly balanced without being clinical. The build quality is a real surprise. I have owned a couple of dozen speakers over the last 40 years and aside from scale/size the PSB Passif 50 are as good or better than many speakers I paid rediculous prices for. I’m thoroughly satisfied.
I replaced a Sonos amp with the Bluesound Powernode Edge and am extremely pleased with it. The improvement in sound quality is startling. I wasn't expecting it to be that good. The amp's power also exceeds the Sonos by a substantial margin and it drives my external speakers with authority. There is no way for me to tell if this is the case but I also suspect that the Bluesound's WiFi reception is a substantial improvement over Sonos. The amp is located in a sub-optimal location for WiFi reception but doesn't seem to have any issues with that. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The hardware is great, but it’s held back by minor to significant annoyances and inconsistencies with the software.
I was hesitant to purchase a re-certified device but discovered that the Audio Factory is an authorized reseller putting my fears to rest. That being said the NAD M10 V3 came in perfect condition. I love the simplicity, design, and the fantastic sound quality. I enjoy vinyl, cd, and streaming audio and couldnt be more happier with this amp.
Bought the Alpha Towers on a scratch and dent deal. At 50 percent off the usual price, it was the only way I could afford these. Only one speaker had some visible damage which it was easy to repair. They sound phenomenal, such an upgrade from my Bose 900 soundbar. Rich treble and midrange with solid bass but I still might add a sub later on.
I received my Pulse M device ahead of time from The Audio Factory and it has changed my experience with music. I really like it and highly recommend it to anyone
I had never heard of these headphones before and decided to give them a try. Considering, I'm a headphone junkie. These headphones sounded unbalanced. The music seem to play mostly in the left channel more so than the right channel. There was no balance in playback. Also, the headphones were way too warm. The focus on the song was too much on the base and not enough on the treble in the mids. I'm going to resell them.
I ordered two speakers to use as a stereo pair, one of them was defective and I spent hours on the phone with BlueSound tech support trying to get it to work before they determined it was a manufacturing (not software) defect and I am supposed to be sent a new unit. However, they can't get me back my lost time!
I can't review the performance of the speakers because one of them didn't work.
These are seriously nice speakers. Super built and fantastic clear precise sound stage. Had them paired with Denon DRA900h receiver that is a great unit and supposedly should/could drive the Opticons which is 4 ohms but… got a pma 1700NE and man that’s a different speaker now! The music they put out makes you smile. Should mention speakers looked new and shipping 2days great deal!

I was skeptical that I could modernize an early 2000s integrated amplifier with one upgrade. The Bluesound Node Nano was able to upgrade many of the items that I needed to produce loseless audio. I stream loseless audio through Spotify and couldnt be happier. The hardware was designed to play SACD and reproduce a studio master that was not compressed. I have had no issues with any wireless connections and the initial set up was straightforward. Highly recommend this hardware to anyone looking to upgrade to streaming loseless audio.
Sound quality is exceptional for a one speaker unit. The Fm micro tunes in well and the sound is still rich and clear on a super low volume. No real AM reception but I like it so well I have invested in a loop antenna which should solve the problem.
Sounds and works well, but my daughter brought an Apple Speakerpod over (same size, same - ish price, and it sounded a bit better, to me. But the Pulse Flex was bought to have a speaker in another room without a big stereo, and for that it is very good. Would buy another, because of the Bluesound ecosystem
