DALI IO-12 best headphones I have purchased in mint condition.

We enjoyed a stark improvement in range, precision, depth and overall quality in all types of music by upgrading from an old Sonos to the Node. I feel like I wasted years of listening pleasure by waiting too long for the upgrade!

These speakers are tremendous bargain. The sound quality is perfectly balanced without being clinical. The build quality is a real surprise. I have owned a couple of dozen speakers over the last 40 years and aside from scale/size the PSB Passif 50 are as good or better than many speakers I paid rediculous prices for. I’m thoroughly satisfied.

I was hesitant to purchase a re-certified device but discovered that the Audio Factory is an authorized reseller putting my fears to rest. That being said the NAD M10 V3 came in perfect condition. I love the simplicity, design, and the fantastic sound quality. I enjoy vinyl, cd, and streaming audio and couldnt be more happier with this amp.

Bought the Alpha Towers on a scratch and dent deal. At 50 percent off the usual price, it was the only way I could afford these. Only one speaker had some visible damage which it was easy to repair. They sound phenomenal, such an upgrade from my Bose 900 soundbar. Rich treble and midrange with solid bass but I still might add a sub later on.

Great sounding set that matches well with the NAD D3045 in my office.

Found a set of open box Dali Oberon 1’s through The Audio Factory and got them for a great deal. Always hesitant on open box items but I’ve had decent luck over the years and this purchase keeps the streak going. I could have ordered these as brand new and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. From the speaker condition to even the packaging. The Audio Factory doesn’t mess around. But with confidence!

We picked up the Power Node for our bedroom. It has lots of power to push the tower speakers there, and has a good sound, and especially a sleep timer.

Pretty solid amp. Plenty of power, sounds clean, and does the job without any fuss. Feels well‑built too. A bit on the heavier side, but overall I’m happy with it.

The Node 2i was easy to buy, and delivered promptly as promised. I really enjoy using it because it was quite intuitive to install and use. My music never sounded better. I love it. —Tom

Love the refined sound! Improvement over the C700 it replaced. Great deal at the recertified price. Haven’t attempted the Dirac correction yet. We’ll see if I do it. Would prefer that you be given the option of selecting the screen appearance, the initial with data info, or the stripped down screen it changes to shortly after starting play. Might have to search through on line manuals for that. Also, I wish that they’d done a factory reset before sending it out and as a part of the “recertification” process. Someone else’s Qobuz favorites, etc overwrote mine throughout my BluOS devices. Kinda annoying.

I was not looking to spend $1100+ dollars to upgrade from the Dali Spektor 2 speakers I had been listening to for the past two years, but I am glad that I did. Obviously I like the Dali sound, but I was not prepared for the richness of the detail to be heard, particularly in the lower regions of the midrange. These speakers are perfect as desktop near field monitors, but they are also great at filling a room, so that you can enjoy their sound even when you are not sitting directly in front of them. Yes they are an investment, but they do pay dividends in terms of the joy they bring to music listened to through them.

I’m really impressed with The Audio Factory. They shipped it out sooo fast that I received it in barely over 24 hours, so kudos to them. This is my first music streamer, so I didn’t know what to expect. I was up and running in no time because the Node Icon is very easy to setup and use. Based on all the reviews I read, I expected the Node Icon to sound amazing and I was not disappointed. The clarity is great and it has a warm sound that I wasn’t expecting. Very happy with this purchase!

The PSB center channel works great and was in like new condition. Dialogue from movies and TV are clear and the unit hooked up easily to My Yamaha AVR.
