SOFT DOME TWEETER
The dome tweeter offers best-in-class resolution with an extended frequency response, wide dispersion and low coloration. A clear heritage from our high-end series. The tweeter is based on an ultra-lightweight weaved fabric, which weighs less than half of the market standard (0.056 mg/mm2).
LOW SIGNAL LOSS
By using only DALI designed and custom-built drivers, the need for frequency correction in the crossover is eliminated. This enables us to design an exact crossover which together with carefully selected quality components ensures that the signal loss is close to zero

I love headphones and happiness is a long evening of listening to jazz through one of my favorite pairs. Too much dependency on headphones, however, can trigger neck strain. So, under doctor's orders, I went looking for a desktop speaker system. II decided to experiment with a pair of Spektor 2s powered by a Bluesound Powernode 2i. Boy did I guess right! I was worried about the bass from such a small pair of speakers, but even with the back of the speakers more than a foot away from the wall, the bass is deep and full. I was also worried about sound stage and imaging, but situated four feet away from each other on my desktop, the Spektor 2s do an impressive job of creating a near field monitor effect. I close my eyes and hear a tight sound field with a surprising amount of separation between the instruments being played. I think the ultimate compliment I can give these speakers is that I have twenty pairs of headphones in the room yet I have been listening to these speakers for five days straight.
Great sounding bookshelf speakers!! Dealing with the Audio Factory was fantastic; I wish all companies were as customer-focused as they are!! They answered all my questions same day and shipping was very fast.....I will certainly purchase from them again!!

only 2 way home audio speakers I own.
I do find the highs great and good bass for a small unit. missing some of the midrange that I'm used to from vintage & 30 yr old 3 way sets I use. I do find them improving with use and that being said , in an attempt to give newer technology a fair try, I also picked up a center channel vokal and just ordered a dali sub. more will be revealed :) wanting a single system for quality 2.1 audio and surround tv
